My over twenty years of consulting and coaching in the Talent Solutions industry has taught me that the vast majority of people are highly motivated to develop their talents and make a meaningful contribution through their work, yet many of us feel stuck or ineffective at certain points in our career. There are many reasons for this, some of which we can control, and some we can not, but we always have a choice. 

I am a trusted, supportive and non-judgmental listener who builds rapport quickly. Asking thoughtful questions during coaching is both an art and a science; I’ll use this and other coaching techniques to help you uncover assumptions and get clarity on the most important question of all – who do you want to be?

Not to worry, it’s not all just talk! I like to have an action plan and I’ll support you in developing one that addresses your objectives.
