ABOUT

I am an experienced Facilitator, Consultant, and Coach whose career spans over 20 years in the talent solutions industry in roles that have combined recruitment, HR consulting, account management, career coaching, learning and facilitation. Throughout my career, I have supported hundreds of individuals—and many organizations—during times of significant change and transition, which has led me to believe that there is a great deal of dysfunction in workplaces today, and it’s getting in the way of much needed change and innovation. Today, my work is focused on developing conscientious, accountable leadership, and supporting professional careers grounded in purpose. 

I follow the science, including the mounting behavioural, social, and neuroscience that shows how to harness the best humans are capable of, and the things that make life more joyful and fulfilling for all of us. Amongst my peers and clients I am known as a straight shooter with a great sense of humour who is dedicated to helping people and organizations do their best work. 

Speaking of humour, one of my passions is improv and I have completed the program at Second City, in addition to many other courses, and I perform occasionally. The principles of improv are fantastic for improving listening, team building and collaboration, and building trust, and I am always looking for ways to incorporate this into my work. You bring one brick, and I will bring another; together we will build something amazing!
