The most progressive approach to leadership using current research in neuroplasticity, heart/brain connection, intuition, coaching and positive psychology along with a solid framework in Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence. A primary focus is on Creating a Culture of Accountability with the unique Accountability Model that is used throughout the program. In this 12-modular program, participants get a real opportunity to reflect, explore, practice and evolve in their people leadership skills.

It creates improved trust, communication, performance and employee engagement. The Coaching as a Leader program will help you develop a coach approach and experience improved results among your team.
One of the most important leadership traits is Emotional Intelligence. Knowing when, why and how to use emotions effectively is a significant lever to leadership success. Each attendee receives an EQi2.0 Inventory and personalized debrief with a qualified coach. This occurs before the day of learning.

Drawing on over 20 years of facilitation experience, along with a certification in Adult Learning and my improv training, I quickly build rapport and trust so that participants feel safe, respected and supported. I believe that each participant brings a lifetime of valuable experience that everyone can learn from, including me.
